It is that time of year again, the time of year where the famous “orange carpet” is rolled out in preparation for the masses of celebrities which are due to stroll through. The 2016 Nickelodeon Kids choice sports awards was held at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion. On a beautiful Los Angeles day, fans lined up on the outskirts of the arena, press gathered excitedly awaiting the arrivals of the biggest sports stars, musicians and actors and actresses alike. I was prime on the carpet as the stars passed through, on hand to get some words from the guests. I was so excited when I spotted actor Miles Brown. The young star of the hit comedy show “Blackish” was looking extremely dapper on the carpet and stopped by to have a little chat. Miles Brown who started dancing at the tender age of 3 and started hitting the stage 1 year later is only 11 but is already a household name. Brown stars as Jack Johnson, son of Tracee Ellis Ross and Anthony Anderson on the Emmy nominated ABC series “Blackish”. He has also starred in Battlefield America alongside singer/actor ‘Marques Houston’ has been featured on ‘The Ellen Degeneres show’ and is an accomplished hip hop dancer. Miles spoke to Eve and shared his love for his ‘Blackish’ cast mates, his most awkward experiences on set so far and what its like to be a young actor in Hollywood. The young star was all smiles as he shared his excitement at being on the carpet, meeting the other celebs in attendance and for the classic Nickelodeon slime to follow. I was definitely loving his style and those flashy glasses.
